A Green Sand Plant with a high speed intensive mixture of a capacity of 20 Tons/hr fulfills the requirement of the molding machines. To battle the changes in weather, sand C\conditioning and a sand cooling system are installed in the sand plant to maintain the sand properties.

After pouring of the metal, the sand is recovered using an inline knockout machine and the hot casting is transferred using a slate conveyor.
