Machine molding area consists of a pair of Disa® ARPA 450 and a pair of Disa® 300 horizontal molding machines are supplied with the green sand from the sand plant via conveyer belts. The maximum box Size for the machines is 700mm x 600mm x 300mm.
A hand molding area for bigger casting where a casting of a maximum weigh of 1.5 MT could be casted, using CO2 / No Bake process
