Primary melting is achieved with a cupola furnace duplexed with 1 MT Dual Track Inductotherm® to achieve the required temperature and chemistry. Duplexing makes the melting process economical.

A variety of physical properties and hardness ranges can be achieved to meet customer requirement. Heat treatment is available to further modify properties to meet specified engineering requirements.
